WORLEYBIRD CHICKEN SALAD

Recipe
Ingredients:
3 or 4 chicken breasts, poached until cooked through (about 15 minutes
depending on thickness)
Lawry's Seasoning Salt (this is Beverly's secret ingredient!)
Mayonnaise
Yellow mustard
Sweet pickle relish
Celery (optional)
Onion (optional)
Bell pepper (optional)
Red seedless grapes
Pineapple tidbits
Pecans, chopped small
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Beverly Worley doesn't measure ingredients, and she also believes that this chicken salad mixture is a matter of personal taste. We invite you to watch the show to get an idea of how much she uses of each ingredient, or you can get in your kitchen and experiment like Beverly does!
On the show, Beverly used all the ingredients listed above. She used the grapes in half of the chicken salad and the pineapple tidbits in the other half. Both were excellent!
Serving suggestions: Serve a dollop of chicken salad on a sliced tomato OR in a whole wheat tortilla wrap with lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber OR in a traditional sandwich OR on a bed of lettuce with Beverly's famous Spicy Honey Mustard Dressing.
To make the dressing combine, to your taste, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, a dash or two of cayenne pepper.
